ClubZERO intends to build a one-of-a-kind online travel club, wrapped around entrepreneurial innovation and impact driven opportunities. To provide our members with private travel services within a chain of Travel Cafes, being developed by a company we will help fund. To offer member-exclusive benefits designed to make our their travel experiences more cost effective, accessible, and rewarding.

By later this year, ClubZERO will provide paid members with direct access to the club exclusive online travel booking platform, offer curated group travel packages, luxury destination cruises and a private travel concierge service when needed to book family or group travel. All backed by our innovative rewards program.

Travel Strategy & Benefits

ClubZERO is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, without question the most creative, diversified and most innovative travel destination in the world. However, the 2020 Covid scamdemic, the rise of online gaming and tribal casinos in Southern California, the ongoing inflationary pressures caused by insane governmental policies, have all contributed over the past five years to drive up travel costs, not just to Las Vegas, but Hawaii and nationwide. This has led to a decline tourism and convention travel.

Make no mistake, attendance numbers are way off in Las Vegas, and many casinos are running on negative cashflows, despite the excessive resort fees and other costs. Don't believe the hype sold you about how great things are - take it from locals who live here and know the reality of what is happening - and how to squeeze all the value out of a still very exciting destination. ClubZERO is committed to making Las Vegas, and travel to Southern California and Hawaii. affordable again.

Through our wholly owned ClubZERO Hospitality division, we plan to build and/or acquire our own travel lodging products, including resort hotels, private jets, luxury coaches, and even timeshare or Interval week ownership from our paid members in select destinations and projects. By owning these assets we can offer our members, who help us acquire these assets through monthly dues, a number of cost effective travel options. Best of all, our members will indirectly own a part of all these assets through the club business model.

Make no mistake, we have a lot of work ahead to reach our goals, and our first task is to build a viable membership base to offer travel to. It will not happen overnight, but together we can and will build a new way to travel, cost effective luxury at affordable prices. Through a large membership group we will be able to negotiate the best prices on lodging, cruise cabins and other travel products. There is power in numbers and we plan to leverage that in our favor to offer:

Help design custom travel plans for you, incorporating your available BitZERO$ rewards currency
Develop and offer private daily jet travel between Las Vegas and Maui starting in late 2027.
Offer luxury packages to Las Vegas casino resorts, Hawaiian destination golf & beach resorts
Our specially negotiated group trips to destinations, including:
- California wine and golf escapes
- Lake Tahoe, Mammoth and Park City Ski resorts
- Cruises to the Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska, and the South Pacific

Silver (free) members do not have access to the travel booking platform or services. Upgrade to Gold or Business level to unlock those full benefits.

A Focus on Cruises & Group Adventures

In addition to destination lodging in Las Vegas and other destinations, ClubZERO will also focus on developing group cruises to offer members, specializing in closed-loop cruises (departing and returning to the same port), offering added convenience and exceptional value.

Our initial offerings will include:

7 to 54-day luxury cruises roundtrip from: Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego
Premier cruise lines like Princess, Oceania, SilverSea, and Paul Gauguin
Discounted cabin blocks on multiple cruise lines for our members only

Our aim is to offer members many the value of their monthly dues, plus below-market pricing on premium cruise and destination vacation packages, which can be offset with their BitZERO$ reward currencies. We can do this because ClubZERO will also become a licensed travel agent.

ClubZERO Rewards Trust

By design ClubZERO deposits 20% of adjusted gross membership dues collected monthly into the CZR Trust Fund (CZR Trust). The CZR Trust is part of the Member Dues Allocation strategy under a multi-year Revenue Sharing Agreement (RSA) with several other partners. This combined value is used to pay for discounts offered by travel partners and increase the value of the member rewards.

As our membership grows, we plan to expand offerings to include:

Acquire luxury resort Timeshare and vacation ownership opportunities from members for member destination travel booking
Scheduled daily private jet services on a fleet of Gulfstream 450 jets between Maui and Las Vegas, San Francisco, Camarillo, CA, and Seattle (by late 2027)

Luxury yacht charter vacations on crewed SunReef 80 ECO electric solar powered sailing catamarans and custom built cruise ships within Hawaii and west coast ports (by CBO Foundation in late 2028 -30)
VIP golf and Spa getaway packages to Las Vegas, Hawaii and California resorts
Annual ClubZERO Cruise Convention on traditional cruise larger ships (starting in late 2028)
