ClubZERO Ventures™ (CZV) is a proposed wholly owned division of ClubZERO Rewards Inc. created to identify, evaluate, and support high-potential Founder Member entrepreneurs - while building products, services, and platforms that benefit the entire ClubZERO membership community. At the center of this the CZV strategy is our DreamStream Founder Capital (DSFC) program - where Members Fund Founders.

ClubZERO Ventures™ with a monthly allocation of 5% of the adjusted gross member dues revenues, and is tasked to develop, operate and fund successful Founding Member business pitches, to build value for the membership as a whole. Think Shark Tank - built for our members, fueled by their participation, and designed to create real value inside the overall membership platform.

How the DreamStream Founder Capital Program Works

As part of the Founder Member benefits, they may pitch their new business idea to our members for set levels of funding. Every month, starting later this year, up to 25 Founder Member pitches will be exclusively featured and streamed on the APVG - DreamStream Network. Members can watch the pitch and vote “Yes” or “No” to funding the project or business idea. If they like it the member will also select a pre-set funding tier and select an equity expectation (for CZV investment ownership stake consideration).

Each pitch remains on the streaming network for 30 days. .At the end of the 30 day cycle, DSFC displays results to members, including: total votes, final funding tier preferences (revealed after voting closes), and voting outcome. During the 30-day voting period, members will see: total votes to date and the time remaining. It will not show Tier breakdowns - so results are not influenced mid-cycle.

Two Ways Founder Pitches Can Be Funded

1) ClubZERO Ventures Investment (CZV Funding)

If a Founder pitch earns strong support and meets platform thresholds: CZV may extend a formal investment offer to the Founder. If they accept the offer: CZV invests funds directly for the equity (if applicable) offered, to be held by CZV, who provides oversight and ensures governance remains centralized.

CZV will take any value created and integrate it into any member benefits program or ClubZERO ecosystem growth. This is the portfolio-building path - where ClubZERO builds long-term value. For larger projects not suited for the DSFC tier system, CZV may refer the Founder to direct investment consideration through our parent - AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG).

2) Member Direct Contributions ( Optional)

In the event members do not vote to fund the Founder through a CZV investment, members who love an idea may choose to support it and the Founder directly. This is optional and member-driven. Direct contributions operate under a simple model:

Members can contribute via cash offer (including CZ debit/credit card use to earn BitZERO$)
The Founder receives only limited contributor detail information (name, email and state of residence)
The Founder fulfills any contribution perks or deliverables directly, as CZV is not involved nor does it endorse any business or Founder for liability purposes.

By submitting a pitch, the Founder agrees to this allocation and structure in their pitch contract. Direct member cash contributions must be $20 minimum, with funds allocated as follows:

10% are donated to the CBO Foundation, a non-profit partner
3% fee is paid to CZV to cover platform administration
2% fee covers payment (CC) processing cost
85% of contribution is always paid directly to the Founder, within 14 days of the end of the stream.

Members Earn BitZERO$ for their Votes and Direct Payments

The DreamStream Founder Capital program was designed to engage our like-minded entrepreneurs to vote and discover new ideas, while earning additional BitZERO$ (BZ$) for use in travel reward redemptions. Only Paid Members can view and vote on Founder Pitches each month, and in doing so will receive BZ$ based on their member level on each pitch viewed and voted on one-time, for all 25 active pitches monthly.

Gold members earn 50 BZ$ per vote, or 1,250 BZ$ if they vote on all 25 monthly.
Platinum members earn 100 BZ$ per vote or 2,500 BZ$ monthly,
Business members earn 200 BZ$ per vote, or 5,000 BZ$ monthly.
Founding Members earn 250 BZ$ per vote, or 6,250 BZ$ monthly

Founder Pitch Quality, Cost & Standards

The DSFC program is designed to feature credible opportunities, from credible Founder Members - not random requests for money. Before appearing on DreamStream Network, Founders must complete an online application, which will be live by summer 2026, plus pay a submission fee to offset the CZV review and administration processing, as follows:

Complete an application including:

Business overview and intended pitch
Capital sought and intended use of funds
What they are willing to offer (equity expectations for CZV path, or perks/offerings for direct contributions)
Pitch video
Logos, product images, and supporting materials (if available)

Founder Pitch Submission Fee

Pay A $250 pitch fee online with application to filter unserious submissions.

Optional CZV Support Services

If a Founder needs help presenting professionally, CZV will offer paid services such as Logo design, pitch deck creation, Video editing or Brand positioning and messaging support. These are optional, and the goal is to have ready made pitches from Founders.
