If you made it to this page, we will assume you know what the goals are for converting an existing mega-casino/hotel into our proposed non-gaming Las Vegas Aquarium Plaza Resort & Spa, - an entrepreneurial, lodging and entertainment innovation campus. Once built-out, it will become a signature local members go-to resort property. In fact, our exclusive fleet of 45 passenger luxury ClubLimoLiner coaches will bring them to us, and our guests to the five casino partners on a continuous 24/7 basis.
That is just the beginning of the local benefits, dining and entertainment options featured. The overall them f the Aquarium Plaza will be elegant tropical island casual. Lot of saltwater aquariums everywhere integrated directly into many businesses and restaurants. It is estimated we will have over a million reef-related species of every form possible to represent the living art within framed aquariums in the wall, or in free standing exhibits. The property will not only be fun, but educational as well.
The heart and soul of the Aquarium Plaza is the Marissa's Reef For Heavenly Helpers (Marissa's Reef), memorial exhibit. An 80 foot round by 60 foot tall saltwater aquarium with a reef in its center called Marissa's Reef.
It was developed by our Founder after he lost his Granddaughter Marissa, who was born on his birthday in June 1998, and lost to a flash flood in Carefree Arizona in August 2005 at the age of 7. He has set out to build this memorial ever since and he hopes this time he can bring it to life for all to enjoy the beauty of the tropical reef. Where fish live in harmony regardless of color, race or status.
The aquarium will be filled with over 100,000 other reef life, from turtles, string rays, starfish, ells and hundreds of assorted reef fish. Each of these will be named after another lost child due to a natural disaster, like flood, earthquake, tsumani or wildfire. We call them SpiritFish, who serve as Marissa's Helpers and ambassadors of our tropical reefs. The parent or sibling can name a lost child, sister or brother at no cost, and remember them through an app being developed in pictures and video clips.
We all know that AI technologies are changing our lives in many good ways, and some bay ways, mainly the lo ss of jobs that will be impacted by this trend in the coming years. Although many people still long for direct personal interaction, we must learn to accept the AI future that lies ahead. The Aquarium Plaza will incorporate many AI features, while also employing close to 5,000 people locally. Our goal is to make it a warm, safe and fun place to relax over coffee or drinks, have dinner in one of over 20 restaurants planned, play virtual golf with friends, and at the same time pick up some freshly grown onsite produce or baked goods. Tropical Reef Travel Cafes
Aquarium Plaza Buffet is our family-friendly dining destination, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a vibrant ocean-themed setting surrounded by built-in aquariums. Designed as a major locals draw, members enjoy deep discounts - often recouping multiple times their monthly dues in just a few family visits. We will bring back the Las Vegas Buffet value for locals and visiting members, offering many salads with produce and berries grown onsite.
Tropical Reef Travel Cafés are being established as a future franchise over-the-counter food and beverage chain, and planned to become the local ClubZERO clubhouses and lifestyle hubs. Each café will feature a tropical island theme, filled with saltwater aquariums, a CZ Travel Agency desk, member gathering space, and curated merchandise - creating a physical destination where members connect, plan travel, and experience the ClubZERO community locally.
Captain Rehab's Entrepreneur Wreck Saloon
Captain Rehab’s Entrepreneur Wreck Saloon is a proposed brewpub concept where members can taste craft beers, enjoy food and other beverages, while they present or hear past or new business ideas pitched by guests. Those made by our members will be taped and streamed on the APVG DreamStream Network for community viewing and voting. Select pitches may receive up to $25,000 in grant funding, subject to member voting on the ideas pitched, blending hospitality, storytelling, and member-powered opportunity into an exciting new entertainment venue. It will be establish this venture as another potential future franchise.
Java Reef Hawaiian Coffee
JavaReef is Aquarium Plaza’s signature premium coffee concept, bringing the spirit and flavor of the islands to every cup. Featuring 100% Hawaiian-grown coffee -carefully sourced from select Kona and Maui farms - JavaReef will deliver a rich, smooth profile that reflects volcanic soil and ocean air. Skilled baristas craft your espresso, pour-overs, cold brews, and specialty island-inspired drinks with precision and artistry. Complementing the beverages, our in-house bakery prepares fresh pastries daily, including croissants, tropical fruit danishes, macadamia nut treats, and artisan breakfast selections. SunStar Virtual Golf Club
SunStar Virtual Golf Club is a premium indoor golf entertainment venue powered by Golfzon’s industry-leading simulator technology. Designed as a 16–20 bay immersive experience, SunStar allows players to enjoy over 100 world-class golf courses regardless of weather or season. Beyond simulation, SunStar will include a full-service food and beverage lounge, a dedicated putting green, and an on-site golf professional offering lessons, clinics, and private instruction. The club features a retail pro shop selling clubs, apparel, accessories, and select golf equipment. They will be integrated within all ClubZERO hotels and developed as stand-alone locations offering members preferred pricing, priority booking, blending hospitality, and community together.
Padros Cantina
Padros Cantina will become a vibrant Tex-Mex family restaurant and bar bringing bold flavors and authentic hospitality to the ClubZERO ecosystem. Featuring classic Mexican cuisine and popular Tex-Mex favorites, Padros will serve handcrafted tacos, sizzling fajitas, and daily house-made chips and salsa. Our farm-to-table strategy ensures produce is grown exclusively for ClubZERO food and beverage operations, delivering freshness, consistency, and quality in every dish. The bar highlights premium tequilas and fresh ingredients to create the best margaritas.
ReefShark Apparel & Accessories
ReefShark Apparel & Accessories will develop and market all ClubZERO-branded merchandise, uniforms, lifestyle and reusable products for members, Travel Cafés, and all affiliated venues. Serving as the official online store, ReefShark strengthens brand identity while creating an additional revenue channel that is aligned with the ClubZERO ecosystem. It will also operate retail operations in select locations within the ClubZERO hotels and related entertainment venues

Specialty Aquarium Builders is Aquarium Plaza’s premier custom aquarium design, installation, and service company. Showcasing stunning residential and commercial displays, the team engineers, builds, installs, and maintains bespoke aquatic environments. As creators and caretakers of all Plaza aquariums, they deliver long-term beauty, precision craftsmanship, and professional aquatic management.

From freshly baked rustic sourdough and brioche to decadent layer cakes, tropical-inspired pastries, and elegant dessert creations, every item is made in-house daily by skilled pastry chefs. Sharkey’s Cigar Bar – Private Members Lounge
Sharkey’s Cigar Bar is an exclusive, member-only lounge within Aquarium Plaza designed for refined relaxation and connection. This upscale retreat features private cigar and liquor lockers, a fully staffed premium bar, and attentive table service. Members can unwind with a curated selection of cigars, rare spirits, & vintage ports in a richly appointed atmosphere inspired by classic gentleman’s clubs. A dedicated, separately ventilated area for cigarette smokers, while the main lounge remains focused on the cigar experience. AquaQlub is a high-energy, ocean-inspired nightclub designed for up to 200 guests, blending immersive aquatic visuals with a dynamic dance floor and luxe lounge seating. Featuring rave-style lighting, top DJs, and an electric atmosphere on the weekends, it
invites the next generation to dive into the night -
come swim with us. Sunday through Thursday it
becomes a venue that offers dancing for older
members and guests, with live music and it
open only during the evenings from 7 to 3
am or as yet undetermined.
Summary - Aquarium Plaza Will Be Fun
The above is merely a sample of the things we have planned one we secure a resort t acquire. Before that happens, we need to build our membership to at least 2 million paying members to have the cash flow to offset the need for financing. We want to become a debt-free, dividend paying public company by 2029, through a direct listing onto Nasdaq. If needed, we may authorize a 3/1 stock split before and conduct an initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise additional funding to pay-off any debt.
