Limited 10,000 Founding Member MEPP Details
This is the premier ClubZERO Founding Membership and it is limited to the first 10,000 members. It costs $50 to join, then $50 each per month thereafter, and comes with several unique benefits. They receive the same benefits as Platinum level, special access to travel products, yacht charters and cruises, plus the ability to earn Founder Credits (FC) for each month of paid membership, and for each paid referred member they invite until September 30, 2026, plus bonus FC as outlined.
APVG, ClubZERO's parent, developed its Founder Credit Program as part of its initial membership marketing campaign. They are offering 4,000,000 shares of ClubZERO (10% of the outstanding equity shares - "FCS"), to thank members who join early, when many of our features are not yet active online. FCS will be gifted as Founder Shares, on January 1, 2028, prior to ClubZERO conducting a proposed direct listing onto the Nasdaq stock Exchange, and are subject to certain SEC regulations, plus our terms and conditions.
These are free shares, not options, and the sooner a Founding Member Joins, the more FC they will be able to earn and accrue. They will earn 25 FC for each month of active membership from the first month of joining - September 30, 2026. In addition, they will earn 5 FC for each paid referred member monthly, 50 FC as a bonus for referring 25 paid members, 75 FC for 51-99 referrals, and 100 FC for 100 or more referrals.
On October 1, 2026 we will take all of the accrued FC earned by the 10,000 Founding Members, and divide that total by 4,000,000 ClubZERO shares to determine an FC share value. Assuming for example that members have accrued 2 million shares collectively by October 1, when divided by 4 million shares, each FC would be worth 2 shares of founders stock. If the member had accrued 500 FC, they would be gifted 1,000 shares on January 1, 2028. Note: these values will vary by members actual accrual rates, provided they remain active members through 2027, along with their referrals.
