Member Dues Allocations

ClubZERO Rewards Founder/CEO shares a quick Overview of our Membership.

ClubZERO Membership Dues Allocation Strategy

ClubZERO was structured from inception as a self-funding ecosystem. Rather than treating membership dues as simple operating revenue, we allocate pre-tax profits across dedicated divisions that build tangible assets, long-term enterprise value, and measurable social impact. Membership participation fuels direct ownership of something larger - for those who join before membership levels are capped.

A defined portion supports the ClubZERO Rewards Trust (20%), ensuring continuous expansion of member travel rewards redemption benefits, travel access, and experiential value. Allocations to CZ Hospitality and CZ Ventures fund the development and acquisition of ClubZERO-branded hotels, Tropical Reef Travel Cafés, SunStar Virtual Golf Clubs, ReefShark Apparel & Accessories, multiple scalable restaurant franchise concepts.

Strategic allocations also support environmental infrastructure through ocean and marine conservation initiatives, and social impact through transitional housing for working individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This model creates diversified revenue streams beyond membership dues alone - including hospitality income, food and beverage operations, retail sales, franchise growth, and sustainable infrastructure ventures.

As these assets mature, retained earnings increase, thousands of jobs are created long-term, communities benefit, and enterprise equity strengthens. The design is intentional: build a platform members are proud to support, scale it responsibly, and position ClubZERO to become a dividend-paying public company by 2029 backed by real assets, recurring cash flow, and disciplined capital allocation. Social Impact Meets Innovation

ClubZERO has partnered with its parent company, APVG and its Las Vegas, Nevada operating division GridZero, to form and develop three (3) unique infrastructure-based business models under the AngelPreneur Impact Fund. These Impact Fund portfolio companies will help address real-world problems:- HumidaPURE AirWater Systems

will make clean drinking water from humidity, Plastic2Power USA will convert plastic packaging waste into electricity, and AgriVoltaic Resilience Centers will build solar canopies above citrus and produce farms, to generate electricity and food.

Our Non-Profit Foundation Allocation Strategy

Although we have aligned our non-profit dues allocation funding for the benefit of two primary non-profit organization, the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO Foundation) for 15%, and the LifeRenewal Foundation (LRF) for 5%, we will likely provide funding to other local or regional charities. Much will come from matching the donations made by our members through the ClubZERO Non-Profit Spotlight channel on the DreamStream Network. That is where our non-profit Business Members can post their messages, videos and missions to ask for member donations, which we will look to match subject to review of the intended initiative. Look for this to begin later in 2026.

The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation Inc.(CBO Foundation) is a Hawaiian non-profit with its primary mission is to combat ocean plastic waste & debris, chemical pollution of our air, water and land, and tropical reef degradation through increased awareness of these issues, while offering innovative, sustainable, and community-based solutions. The CBO Foundation was originally established by our Founder in 2007 and reincorporated in Hawaii in 2019. It was inactive during the Covid years, and is currently in the process of restarting its 501 c(3) tax exempt status and returning to their original ocean-first focus, reaffirming our Founder's commitment to safeguarding the health of our oceans, tropical reefs and marine ecosystems.

The LifeRenewal Foundation

The LifeRenewal Foundation Inc.(LRF) is currently being established as a Nevada nonprofit. Its primary mission is to locate, build & operate a network of transitional housing and support centers for the working homeless individuals and families in need of safe and secure shelter. ClubZERO dues allocations will fund this non-profit along with local sponsors, state & federal grants, private & corporate contributions. These privately run facilities are not intended for those who choose to live homeless or suffer from drug or alcohol abusive lifestyles.
