Our Membership Levels or Tiers
All members will be identified by their Badge crest shown above, mainly on their online dashboards, along with their Affiliate Badges. When members upgrade or downgrade their badges and access features will change immediately.
ClubZERO is building an innovative forward looking entrepreneurial community that will deliver many times the cost of monthly dues paid
in travel and other value. A membership program that everyone can relate too, and even earn from - both in cash through the Affiliate Income Program, or BitZERO$, the Club's virtual rewards currency members earn for just being members in amounts based on their level.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP - FREE
This is the starting point for all members, and serves as the "default membership level". It is free for anyone 18 years of age or older to join with a verified email address and cell phone. Our Free Silver Members can explore the benefits, Affiliate Program and other features, before they upgrade to a paying level. Note: All membership invitation referral linked ads take visitors to a landing page that asks them to join for free, to lock them in as your referral.
FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP - $50 Monthly Limited to 10,000 Total
Founding Memberships are limited to the first 10,000 Paid members and come with several unique benefits. They receive all of the benefits of the Platinum level, special access to travel products, yacht charters and cruises, plus the ability to earn Founder Credits (FC) for each month of membership, and for each paid referred member through September 30, 2026.
APVG, ClubZERO's parent, developed its Member Equity Participation Program (MEPP) - our initial membership marketing campaign. APVG is offering 4,000,000 shares of ClubZERO stock (10% of the outstanding equity shares - "FCS"), to thank members who join early, when many of our features are not yet active online, subject to SEC regulations, our terms and conditions. GOLD MEMBERSHIP - $35 Monthly
The first of our paying membership levels is the Gold Member level that costs $35 to join, and $35 monthly thereafter. We will not offer annual discounted memberships - all memberships are month-to-month, and the member can cancel, upgrade or downgrade their membership at any time for any reason. Benefits will vary by member level and initial benefits proposed can be viewed on the Membership Benefits web page. Not all will be active upon launch.
PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP - $85 Monthly
The Platinum Member level costs $85 to join, and $85 monthly thereafter. We will not offer annual discounted memberships - all memberships are month-to-month, and the member can cancel, upgrade or downgrade their membership at any time for any reason. Platinum level offers the best benefit values, discounts and access to features and products. Initial benefits proposed can be viewed on the Membership Benefits web page. Not all will be active upon launch.
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP - $145 Monthly
The BUSINESS Member Level costs $145 to join, and $145 month-to-month thereafter. The member can cancel, upgrade or downgrade their membership at any time for any reason. Their
benefits are similar to all Platinum level, plus added specialty travel and merchandise offers. Initial benefits proposed can be viewed on the Membership Benefits web page. Not all will be active upon launch.
Business Members will also receive a free webpage ad on the membership website, that they can use to make their services or products to fellow members (similar to what is shown here)
They can mange it directly online, changing offers and images at will, subject to our screening process to ensure ads do not violate our policies.
Business Members will also be featured in an online directory that all members can search, which links them to their ads. They may also purchase EXPO space at our annual Las Vegas member Convention.
ClubZERO Debit/Credit Card Program
The ClubZERO Debit/Credit VISA Card is issued to all Partner Affiliates - where we post their referral income values each month. We make the card available to all members, even free Silver, as using the card will earn the member additional BitZERO$ monthly, which accrue and can be used with or without cash to redeem for travel lodging, cruises, timeshare resort weeks, member dues, specialty events like our proposed annual Las Vegas ClubZERO Convention and EXPO. or at any food and beverage operation within the integrated APVG Business Eco-System.
ClubZERO Proposed Membership Level Maximums
By design, we will offer all membership levels with maximum availability as follows: 4.5 million maximum Gold Members, 500,000 Platinum Members, 50,000 Business Memberships and 10,000 Founder Memberships. With the help of our Partner Affiliates, who will share their ClubZERO membership invitations with their followers on social media platforms, podcast and video channels, we believe we will reach our maximums by the end of 2028 or sooner.
