ClubZERO Rewards Founder/CEO shares a quick Overview of our Membership. 

ClubZERO Hospitality Group Inc.

A Wholly Owned Operating Division of ClubZERO Rewards​

 

ClubZERO Hospitality Group (CZ Hospitality), is being structured as a core, wholly owned operating division of ClubZERO Rewards Inc., a division of APVG. Its mandate will be to develop, acquire, reposition, and operate a network of destination hospitality assets that align with the travel patterns and redemption needs of our growing membership base.

CZ Hospitality will operate with its own experienced executive leadership team and hospitality professionals, while remaining strategically aligned with the APVG vision and ClubZERO’s broader business and non-profit ecosystems. 

 

The Strategy

As ClubZERO membership expands, so will the long-term demand for lodging travel rewards, including cruises, and curated family destination experiences in larger family timeshare resorts. Rather than relying solely on third-party hotel inventory, CZ Hospitality is designed to:

  • Develop proprietary room and cruise cabin inventory

  • Work with the CBO Foundation to offer their yacht charters and interval lodging assets (Timeshare) it owns

  • Acquire and reposition undervalued destination assets

  • Control operating efficiencies to enhance member redemption value

  • Protect long-term margin structure by maximize the return of local and other members to all its properties and ventures.

We accomplish this by aligning hospitality supply with predictable membership demand, ClubZERO seeks to create a more stable and cost-efficient lodging model compared to traditional wholesale booking platforms.

 

Target Market

CZ Hospitality’s initial focus and markets align with core member travel flows, including:

  • Las Vegas, Nevada (our Home town), Reno and Lake Tahoe

  • Southern California coastal and wine region destinations

  • Arizona golf resort corridors

  • Park City and related regional ski resorts 

  • Hawaiian Island destination resort destinations on Maui, Kauai and Hawaii

These regions reflect strong existing travel patterns among our anticipated member base, mainly to Las Vegas, from western state travelers. As broader travel markets experience cyclical adjustments, select opportunities may emerge to acquire or reposition hospitality assets at pricing below replacement cost in these areas, that subject to capital availability we plan to buy and integrate into our membership plan.  No acquisition is guaranteed, and all expansion will follow disciplined underwriting standards.

 

The ClubZERO All Suites Hotels Concept

A signature component of the strategy includes the potential development of the ClubZERO All Suites semi-luxury hotel model - a hospitality concept designed around:

  • Extended-stay comfort with member-focused amenities

  • Integrated event and convention capabilities

  • Preferred pricing access for members with targeted level discounts

 

The objective is not simply to build hotels - but to create destination hubs that serve as gathering points for member events, entrepreneurial conferences, and curated lifestyle experiences at affordable prices - no resort fees.

 

Strategic Travel Partnerships

In addition to owned or operated hospitality assets, including a fleet of luxury 45 passenger ClubLinoLiner coaches that move local Las Vegas resident members to our future core Las Vegas non-gaming property,  to one of five casino partners in the valley, while delivering our guests to them as well - 24/7 basis. CZ Hospitality intends to pursue select partnerships with premium travel operators to offer curated experiences such as:

  • CBO Foundation: Fully crewed private sailing catamaran voyages in the Hawaiian Islands and Coastal California Channel Islands on 7, 10 an 12 day excursions. 

  • ​Obtain fixed cabins inventory of key cruises ships on select itineraries. 

  • Acquire a 1,000+ key Las Vegas Casino Hotel, and repurpose it into the Aquarium Plaza Resort & Spa, an active non-gaming lodging, entertainment and business innovation campus. 

 

These partnerships allow for expanded travel access without unnecessary capital deployment.

 

The Bigger Picture

CZ Hospitality is not being built as a traditional hotel company. It is being developed as a disciplined, strategic, member-aligned vertically integrated support structure for the broader APVG vision, ClubZERO membership ecosystem and related ventures - where membership growth builds room demand, and room control protects redemption economics. We are building destination hubs that will also create jobs and strengthen the local communities we have assets.
