ClearBlue CBO Yacht Charters
Elevating Member Travel to the Next Level
ClubZERO, in partnership with CBO Foundation, will make its ClearBlue Yacht Charter program, a bold evolution in member-exclusive travel available exclusively to members beginning in late 2028.
CBO Foundation will introduce a fleet of fully crewed Sunreef 80 ECO all-electric catamarans, offering 7, 10, and 14-day luxury sailing expeditions through the Hawaiian Islands & along the California coastal islands.
Designed primarily for our Founding Members with priority 30-day advance booking privileges - these voyages will later open to Business Members and then the broader membership community. Once fully built out ClearBlue Yacht Charters will operate 5 yachts out of Newport Harbor in California, and 5 yachts out of Maui, Hawaii.
Each yacht accommodates up to eight adults in four luxury cabins, ensuring an intimate, elevated experience. These are not crowded cruises; they are private, curated sailing adventures for friends, families, and like-minded members who want to explore together. With a professional captain and crew onboard, guests enjoy premium service, breathtaking anchorages, and access to remote island destinations rarely experienced from land.
While ClubZERO Hospitality intends to develop select ground-up properties in strategic destinations, we also plan to acquire and reposition existing hotels in Hawaii, California, and Las Vegas as part of our member redemption ecosystem.These acquisitions will allow us to accelerate growth, increase asset control, and improve margins while delivering compelling travel experiences.
Members may redeem trips using a combination of cash and BitZERO$ rewards, while specialty food and beverage options are available à la carte. Comparable Mediterranean charters often exceed $80,000 per week—yet through the CBO model, members gain access to this lifestyle at a fraction of traditional market rates.
