ClubZERO Rewards Inc. (“ClubZERO”), is currently being established as a Delaware corporation, and our proposed membership platform is also under development and has not yet launched. Upon launch, estimated to be in April or May 2026, not all of the proposed features or benefits outlined hereon will be active. Our goal is to provide a blueprint overview of what we intend to build together with the participation of our like-minded membership, with a goal of conducting a direct listing onto the NASDAQ stock exchange in 2028.
