The Mission
ClubZERO and AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG) are launching a one year executive search initiative to identify high-performance IntraPreneurs to help build and operate the future Aquarium Plaza Resort & Spa ecosystem.
We are assembling the operating command team even before acquisition. Selected candidates will spend 12 months developing complete operational launch plans for their units - including:
• Business plans
• Capital expenditure models
• Contractor sourcing
• Vendor procurement
• Menu engineering (F&B units)
• Systems & POS selection
• Staffing plans
• Opening-day execution roadmap
This ensures that upon acquisition, property conversion begins immediately. Execution is prepared before ownership.


What Is an IntraPreneur?
The rise of the Intrapreneur is driven in part by a restless, younger workforce eager to make a real impact with their careers. An IntraPreneur is a leader who:
• Thinks like an owner and operates with accountability
• Builds personal wealth without requiring capital risk
• Understands the unit economics of their business
• Accepts performance-based compensation

Selected IntraPreneurs will receive:
• Competitive base compensation (upon activation) well before we acquire an asset
• Performance-based profit participation (up to 10% pre-tax unit profit)
• Milestone-based ClubZERO stock option grants
• Executive visibility through DreamStream Network by way of our Search Series
• Employee housing assistance
Profit participation is contractual, not equity ownership based in any division or unit. All stock option grants are subject to board approval and milestone achievement.
The Series Structure (Season One)
This series is being produced by ReefShark Productions, an APVG company, and will be streamed on their DreamStream Network, exclusively to ClubZERO members. These members will be able to view and score three interviews of APVG vetted and selected applicants by APVG. Member voting is advisory only, and final hiring authority remains with management. Only active paid members may vote. Free members may refer candidates and all members, including free Silver, will earn BitZERO$ rewards currency per applicate they score, based on their level of membership.
We will post 10 pre-taped interviews monthly in the first 6 months, then 5 interviews monthly thereafter as we build our various teams. We have over 100 executive, corporate and division leadership roles to evaluate. Each role follows this format:
1️⃣ Application with a video sharing more about you for initial screening pre-interview.
2️⃣ Three (3) selected applicants will be scheduled to tape an On-Air Interview segment (DreamStream)
3️⃣The On-Air Interview is scheduled and posted for a 30 day review and scoring by members
4️⃣ Member Advisory Voting takes place over a 30 day window, then scores are released.
5️⃣ Founder & Executive Appointment committee review and hire the desired Entrepreneur
Once selected, the chosen Intrapreneur will be have up to 45 days to relocate to Las Vegas, or join the company sooner as shall be determined, then once onboard, they will provide:
1️⃣ A Business Plan for their division or business unit, if applicable
2️⃣ Provide a Financial Model and strategydefense
3️⃣ Develop a build-out plan, complete with products and equipment needed
4️⃣ Develop a floor plan design, with our design group, and define construction costs and subcontractors needed
5️⃣ Develop a staffing needs and scheduling structure for a 24/7 operation
Each finalist is scored by members across 10 categories. Each category: 0–10 points. Maximum score per member per candidate = 100 points. 0 = Unacceptable & 10 = Exceptional Members submit scores after all finalist interviews are complete. Scores are averaged across all voting members
Member Voting Questions
The Interview team will consist of two members, one from APVG and one from ClubZERO. They will ask the Applicant targeted questions that will pertain to their intended position, company or division. Members will score each finalist on:

Did the candidate demonstrate executive confidence?
3️⃣ Strategic Thinking
Did they show strong understanding of long-term operational strategy?
5️⃣ Operational Experience
Do the Applicant appear qualified to execute the proposed role?
7️⃣ Authenticity & Integrity
Did they appear honest, transparent, and credible?
9️⃣ Problem-Solving Ability
Did they respond intelligently to challenging questions?
2️⃣ Verbal Communication Skills
Was their message clear, articulate, and persuasive?
4️⃣ Financial Acumen
Did they demonstrate solid grasp of unit economics and profitability?
6️⃣ Ownership Discipline
Did they present with accountability and measurable execution?
8️⃣ Cultural Fit
Do they align with the ClubZERO mission and ecosystem.?
🔟 Overall Confidence to Lead
Would you trust this individual to operate a profit center within the Aquarium Plaza ecosystem?
