ClubZERO Rewards, (ClubZERO), believes in rewarding those who help fund our Integrated Impact ECO-System model and projects. Both short-term with unique benefits, and as potential shareholders later when we become a public dividend paying public company in 2028. Our mission is to build a community of like-minded entrepreneurs totaling 5 million paid members by the end of 2028, generating over $2.5 billion annually.
What will make the ClubZERO membership unique is the fact that members will help us buildout a group of new socially responsible member companies, as well as AngelPreneur Impact Fund companies, help fund ocean plastic waste removal and awareness of the geo-engineering of our weather, skies, polluting our air, land and water, address the working homeless crisis, and build resilience centers among other objectives.
Along the way, we provide members with unique benefits like destination luxury lodging at affordable prices, cruises, and other travel redemption values. The initial member benefits by level are outlined on the Chart to the right. Note: These are initial benefits that will need to be fully established starting in 2026 and beyond.
Our goal is to keep our members engaged long-term and provide at least five-times the cost of monthly membership dues in value. We plan to offer members a group health plan, auto insurance plans, possible 401K- like retirement plan and other benefits as we move forward. The goal is to build ClubZERO Rewards into a dividend paying public company with a steady and growing cashflow, through a direct listing onto Nasdaq in 2028;
Monthly BitZERO$ Credits
The ClubZERO’s BitZERO$ (BZ$) program, a private blockchain-based rewards token created exclusively to serve as our virtual currency within the ClubZERO ecosystem. Our moto - Earn It. Spend It. Gold Members who pay $35 per month in dues will receive a BitZERO$ (BZ$) value of 25 BZ$ each month while they remain active, with Platinum Members who pay $85 per month in dues receive 50 BZ$ per month, and our Business Members who pay $145 monthly, will receive 100 BZ$ monthly. The BZ$ redemption values are funded in part through the CZR Rewards Trust and posted directly to the members account to purchase merchandise through the ReefShark Apparel & Accessories online store, or travel through the members online travel booking system.
ClubZERO Founders Share Gift Program
Those becoming part of our 10,000 Founding Member level and join by September 30, 2026, may participate in the Member Equity Participation Plan (MEPP) an added benefit - where they can earn Founder Credits (FC) that will convert into ClubZERO equity before our planned direct listing onto the NASDAQ stock exchange in 2028. see the Founder Members web page for more details.
Travel & Lifestyle Perks
As we launch, ClubZERO will offer an online travel booking engine paying members can use to book travel or cruise with their Rewards Credits. Free Silver members cannot use this travel service. ClubZERO will be acquiring unique travel packages to be offered exclusively to paid members at a discount:, including cruises, golf and casino resort getaways, wine tasting trips and sailing vacation adventures. The goal is to get our members out raveling to enjoy as much of life as possible.
Affiliate Income Program for Member Referrals
The best benefit of all is the Partner Affiliate member referral income program that all paid members can participate in to monetize their existing social media, website or podcast followers. Our Affiliate Program turns ClubZERO members into our marketing partners who earn an ongoing referral fee monthly by simply sharing membership with others by invitation. Affiliates use a personal referral link on their websites, blogs or social media. When a Silver member joins, they become their referral, when that Silver member upgrades, the commissions begin. Our Members post their club invitation link, we handle the rest.
Most members will likely join this program shortly after becoming members, as ClubZERO membership will be capped at 5,050,000 paying members by design. Gold 4,500,000 @ $35 monthly, Platinum 500,000 @ $85 monthly and Business 50,000 @ $145 monthly. In today's online social media-driven world, with some Founding Member having over a million followers, we expect to reach our target levels by the end of 2027. The primary downside is that the later a member joins, the less opportunity they have to build a solid referral income network.

Partner Affiliates lose all referral fee income if they cancel membership or are terminated for cause. Tax on income earned is the member’s responsibility, if applicable. Silver member can refer but do not earn income until they become paying members and join the Partner Affiliate program, at which time they will earn the residual values on all paid members their efforts have referred - starting in the month after they have joined the program. To minimize confusion, become a paid member and Partner Affiliate before referring members.
ClubZERO Health, Dental & Vision Plan
Future Benefit: ClubZERO plans to develop several group insurance programs with third party companies for our paid members to purchase as an optional benefit, if desired. This will include Health, Dental & Vision plans, plus Auto, Boat and Home Insurance plans. We hope to bring this online by June 2026, assuming we reach 500,000 paid members. These plans will be available exclusively to paying members.
