About the Book
The AngelPreneur presents a real-world conceptual framework for the repositioning of a large-scale Las Vegas resort casino property into a non-gaming entertainment and entrepreneurial innovation hub.
One that integrates his multiple ventures and non-profit initiatives together to showcase an active working demonstration platform, offering workforce training environments, entrepreneurial services, environmental features, including a massive solar grid that powers a 50 unit EV PlugHUB, generates power for atmospheric water generators and vertical food farming on-site - in a first of its kind AI-assisted Hospitality Ecosystem.
The book shares how a self-funding membership strategy can lead to the acquisition and repositioning of an existing resort into the Aquarium Plaza Resort & Spa (Aquarium Plaza) - modeled after the Rio Hotel & Casino resort used as the primary case study used. One of three actual properties that might actually be repositioned in the future - into a tropical Hawaiian themed resort filled with aquariums and unique attractions that fill the former casino floor spaces.
This case study demonstrates how the Aquarium Plaza becomes a local's resort with membership-driven travel demand. A place for member venture development and pitch programming, environmental mission coordination, new experiential retail environments, workforce development initiatives, and AI-assisted guest service systems can be integrated into a participation-based utilization strategy designed to sustain operational viability without reliance on gaming revenues.
